Chemical Peels
Chemical Peels have the effect of resurfaceing the skin and reducing sun damage pigmentation, acne scarring and wrinkles. Chemical peeling is a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin. For this treatment, a chemical solution is applied to the skin that causes it to separate and eventually peel off the top layers of skin while rejuvenating at the same time. The new, regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin, in addition to being more even in colour. Glycolic and Lactic acid treatments minimize the visible signs of aging, smoothes complexions, balances irregular skin tone, softens dry skin, promotes a healthy, youthful glow and helps relieve shaving problems.
Glycolic acid peels are a course of peel treatments which have a great result over the course of the peels and have no downtime and require regular maintenance peels (usually every 2 months).
Lactic acid peels are a deeper peel which is performed once and have a downtime of a few days (just redness and skin peeling) and can last for upto one year.
Genuine Dermaroller™
Genuine Dermaroller™ produces thousands of micro-medical needle-columns in the skin. Each column will penetrate into the dermis of the skin and will be approximately 0.1mm in width. The column will close rapidly enabling the skin to recover quickly - often in the same day. A topical anaesthetic is used to numb the skin making the procedure comfortable; it will normally take up to 20 minutes for the topical anaesthetic to work and 20 - 30 minutes for the Genuine Dermaroller™ Therapy procedure. This is a great treatment for acne scarring, sun damage and lines and wrinkles on the skin.
Mesotherapy This treatment is used for combat fine lines and wrinkles and can be applied to face, hands, feet and decollete. It is a fine filler injected superficially under the skin which floods the area with 1000 times moisture giving the skin radiance and smoothness.
